Download the Outcomes Assessment 2010 Software Here:

Please note the entire installation process from downloading the programs to installing on the computer could take up to 20 minutes of uninterrupted time (depending on internet speed) per computer. You are allowed up to 10 licenses per purchase. If you need to install the software on more than 10 computers you will have to contact Front Office at 816-396-0347 to purchase additional licenses.

If you are planning on installing on more than one computer it is recommended that you place the two downloaded files on a CD for installation. Keep the CD on file for any future installs.

NOTICE: Due to the nature of this product and copyright regulations there are no refunds on the purchase of this software.

It is recommended whenever installing new software onto a computer to do a full back up prior to the installation.

Click on links below and choose the "Save" function to save the files on your computer, do not "Run" from the website.

dotNetFx35setup.exe

OutcomesAssessment2010Setup.exe

Install Instructions:

DO NOT INSTALL the .NET file unless prompted to do so. For Win7 and Vista, if your computer up to date with Window Updates, then you should never get the .Net prompt as the Windows update updates .Net.  If you get this message with Win7 or Vista, you should either update your computer and/or run the .Net setup file. If a Win7/Vista “User” tries to intall the program, the user is prompted for an Admin password before you can proceed.  Same when you try to run OA.

After Outcomes Assessment 2010 is installed you will need to register your software by emailing the software code and year (2010) to Kate@frontofficellc.com or call 816-396-0347.

FOR HIPPA SECURITY:

“For Vista/Win7, the Setup program now requires admin rights to even start the installation.  If a Vista/Win7 “user” tries to run setup, they are prompted for the password of an Administrator.   With an admin password, the program installs correctly and everything works except that the setup program does NOT create the desktop user shortcut nor are there windows startup menu items.  To use the program the “User” must navigate to the “c:\Outcomes Assessment 2010” folder and launch Assessment2010.exe.  Then as a user, they are prompted every time for the admin password to execute the program.  If they enter it then OA 2010 works perfectly. “

Network Install Instructions:

For a new multi-user installation the PatientData2010.mdb file should be put in a shared network location.  You would also normally create mapped drives on each computer that allow access to the shared network location.  File read/write permissions must be granted to each user.

1) On the first computer on which OA is to be installed, do a "New"

installation, specifying the shared network location as the data location. Normally, the program should still be installed on the local computer. Launch the program and make sure it runs correctly.

2) On all other computers, do an "Add User" installation, installing the program on the local computer.  When the program is first launched on that computer it will prompt for the location of the data files.  Point to the shared network location.
